An Update From Me (and Baby Luna!)

I wanted to take a moment to update you all on how things are going since maternity leave. First—thank you so much for your continued patience, support, and kind messages. It means the world to me.


Recently, I had cortisone injections for carpal tunnel and I’m happy to report that I’m healing well. However, I’ve also been diagnosed with De Quervain’s tenosynovitis, which affects the tendons in my wrist and thumb. I’ll be wearing a brace for the next four weeks as part of my recovery, and taking things gently as I ease back into the salon.


Starting now, I’ll be offering appointments Thursdays and Fridays from 9am to 4pm. I’m so excited to reconnect with you and get back behind the chair!


And of course, a quick baby update: sweet Luna is growing so fast—she’s currently in the 93rd percentile for weight and we can’t get enough of those squishy cheeks! I feel so grateful to be able to breastfeed her, and we’re looking forward to the adventure of starting solid foods soon.

Q: When are you working?

A: I’m currently in the salon on Thursdays and Fridays from 9 AM to 4 PM. My availability is limited, so I encourage existing guests to book in advance to secure their preferred time.


Q: What if I can’t get in for an appointment?

A: I totally understand how tricky scheduling can be. If my current availability doesn’t align with your needs, I’m happy to recommend another stylist I trust who can take great care of you in the meantime. You’re always welcome back when my schedule allows!


Q: Are you doing Keratin or Smoothing Treatments?

A: No, currently I am not able to provide this service right now. If this is something you’re looking for, I’d be happy to refer you to a stylist who specializes in those services.


Q: Are you taking new clients?

A: At this time, I’m not accepting new clients. Since welcoming our sweet baby Luna, I’ve adjusted my schedule to work part-time so I can be fully present during this precious season of life.
