Planting a Greener Future: Surface Hair and Arbor Day Foundation's Impactful Partnership

As we celebrate another successful year of our partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation, Surface Hair is proud to announce that we have planted a total of 65,000 trees across North America since 2016. With the unwavering support of our community, we have been able to make a significant impact in improving the environment and restoring habitats for endangered species. This year, we aim to continue our mission of planting more trees and creating a greener future for generations to come.

Here are some facts on how your efforts have helped since 2016:

59,150 tons of air pollution have been filtered

45,500,500 gallons of storm water filtered

5,950 lives saved & prevented 4,690,000 acute respiratory symptoms by reducing air pollutants.

6 endangered species have been saved

137 millions of erosion have been restored along the riverbanks of the Alta Maha Watershed in Southeast GeorgiaRestored much needed habitats for fish, amphibians, clams, mussels & crawfish with 12,000 trees planted at Econfina Creek & Chipola River after 2019 Hurricane Michael destroyed over 100 miles along the Florida panhandle.

In 2022, 22 acres in South Carolina were replanted with 12,000 Long Leaf Pine Trees
